SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate Terms of Sale and Conditions of Use

SalonSpa.com and The Becca Group, LLC make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to its products or services and are not responsible for any merchandise or services purchased or otherwise obtained from any of the salons listed on the site. Customers should contact the specific salon for questions or issues with regard to services, products or purchases.

The SalonSpa.com web site is only intended for use by prospective customers attempting to locate a salon or day spa, or seeking to purchase a gift or gift certificate. Any commercial use of the data, content, text, or images contained in the web site or its database is strictly prohibited and constitutes and infringement of our copyrighted work and content.

SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates are issued by The Becca Group, LLC a California limited liability company. SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates are redeemable via participating salons and day spas in your area and across the country. To find the current list, please visit our website or call 1-800-SalonSpa.

Once a SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate has been purchased and sent to the recipient, no modifications may be made to that certificate. SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates are not transferable.

The "issuance date" shall be the date the SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate was transmitted to the recipient. SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates have no expiration date. The state of purchase for gift certificates shall be the state given by the purchaser as his or her home state when providing an address for credit card verification. Gift Certificates can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made upon receipt of original gift certificate by The Becca Group, LLC. To return a gift certificate, we recommend for your protection that you send the original certificate via certified mail with a return receipt along with your name and contact information to: Customer service, The Becca Group, 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. 200, San Clemente, CA 92673.

SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates will not be replaced if stolen or redeemed by an unauthorized user, including use as a result of inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the purchaser. SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. The cash value of a SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate is 1/10 of one cent. Any unused certificate balance may be: a) redeemed in cash by the salon providing services at the sole discretion of that salon; or b) converted to a Gift Certificate credit or account with the salon providing services at the sole discretion of that salon; or c) will be placed in the recipient's SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate account and is not refundable in cash to the recipient, except for certificates sold in Massachusetts, which permit the return of cash from the use of a certificate that has been at least 90% redeemed. If a recipient's purchase exceeds the value of the SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate, the recipient will have to pay the balance due for the purchase at the salon.

SalonSpa.com Gift Certificates may be redeemed only at participating SalonSpa.com Member Salons. The list of participating Member Salons is subject to change from time to time, without advance notice.

The Becca Group, LLC and SalonSpa.com make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to its products or services and are not responsible for any merchandise or services purchased using a SalonSpa.com Gift Certificate from its Member Salons. Customers should contact the customer service department of the specific Member Salons for questions or issues with regard to purchases.

The Becca Group, LLC and SalonSpa.com reserve the absolute right to void any gift certificate and refund any credit card charge at any time and for any reason.

Void where prohibited by law.

For items purchased in our gift collections, products (non-defective, non-damaged) can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Products will be refunded upon return to us provided they are in the original inner and outer packaging and in new condition. By law, food items like chocolate cannot be returned or refunded.

SalonSpa reserves the right to substitute our featured gift if unavailable at any time for one of equal or greater value.

Products damaged during shipping or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost ONLY IF: (1) The problem is reported to Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery of the order AND (2) the item is returned in ALL the original packaging including over box and shipping label.
